Home IPTV Channels Supported Devices Pricing FAQ About Us Contact Us

There are thousands of IPTV providers, and from the outside they all look the same: a channel count, a price, a WhatsApp number. The differences show up three weeks later, at 21:00 on a Sunday, when the stream freezes and nobody answers. After years on the provider side, we know exactly which questions separate a service that will still work next season from one that won’t. Ask these ten before you pay anyone, including us.

1. Can I test it before paying?

A real provider offers a free or very cheap trial of at least a few hours, ideally covering an evening with a big football match. If the answer is “pay first, then we’ll see”, walk away. Use the trial on the device you will actually watch on, and test at peak time, not at 11 in the morning.

2. Where are the servers, and how many?

You don’t need IP addresses, but you should get a clear answer: “servers in the EU with load balancing” is a good sign; “one server, very fast” is not. A single server saturates when everyone tunes in for the same match. European servers also mean lower latency for viewers in Spain, France or Germany.

3. What happens during the Clásico?

Ask directly how the service behaved during the last Clásico, Champions League final or Premier League Super Sunday. A confident provider will tell you they added capacity and offer backup feeds; a vague one has never thought about it. Peak-time performance is the whole test of an IPTV service.

4. How many connections are included?

“Connections” means how many screens can play at the same time. One connection means the living room TV and the phone can’t both be on. Look for plans with two to five connections, and check whether extra connections cost extra. Our plans state this explicitly.

5. Which apps and devices are supported?

Any serious provider supports the standard formats (Xtream Codes and M3U) so you can use IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, XCIPTV and every other mainstream player on Fire Stick, Android boxes, Samsung/LG TVs, iPhone and computers. Be wary of providers that force you to use their own app: if the app disappears from the store, so does your TV. Our supported devices page lists what works.

6. Is there an EPG, catch-up and VOD?

A TV guide that actually matches the programmes, catch-up on the main sports and entertainment channels, and a movies and series library with posters and categories are the difference between “a list of streams” and “television”. Ask, then check in the trial.

7. How is support handled, and how fast?

Send a support message during the trial with a real question (“the EPG is empty on TiviMate”) and time the answer. Same-day, in your language, with an actual solution is what you want. A provider that answers only “restart the app” or disappears for two days will do the same when you have paid.

8. What are the payment options and the refund policy?

Legitimate services accept normal payment methods and publish a refund policy, terms and conditions and a privacy policy. Crypto-only, gift cards or “send money to my cousin” are signs you will never see your money again.

9. Does the provider operate openly?

A website, a company identity, published policies including a takedown procedure, and a way to contact them beyond a single Telegram handle. Our article on IPTV legality in Europe explains why this matters: the risk sits with anonymous sellers, and they are also the ones who vanish.

10. What does the price actually include?

Compare like with like: number of connections, 4K channels, VOD, adult-content filtering, EPG, catch-up, and whether the price is a promotional first month. Extremely low prices (a few euros a month for “everything”) almost always mean overloaded servers and no support; you will pay twice when you switch.
